FitFun Privacy Policy

WOLD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("we" or "us") publishes FitFun: Move & Play with Bob ("FitFun") for iPhone and iPad, an offline game for children aged 3–6 and their families. In short: FitFun does not collect personal information, has no ads or in-app purchases, and keeps game data on your device. This policy applies to the current version of FitFun for iPhone and iPad.

Information in the app

FitFun does not collect or transmit personal information about children or adults. It does not ask for a name, age, email address or account. The app works offline and does not make network requests.

FitFun has no advertising, in-app purchases, analytics, tracking or third-party crash reporting. It never sends us information about how your child plays, and we do not sell or share personal information.

Information saved on your device

FitFun saves game progress, outfit and room decoration choices, local play time information and app settings on your device so that the game can remember them. These records do not contain names, ages or contact details. They are kept in FitFun's private storage on your device; FitFun does not send them to us or provide cloud accounts or cloud saves. If you back up your iPhone or iPad with iCloud or a computer, the backup may include this saved information; this is controlled by your device's backup settings, not by us.

To remove this saved information, a parent or guardian can delete FitFun from the iPhone or iPad: touch and hold the FitFun icon, tap Remove App, then tap Delete App. Offloading the app keeps its saved information, so choose Delete App. This resets the game's progress, choices and settings. We cannot retrieve or restore your local saved information.

Parents and guardians can contact WOLD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED about privacy or support at support@iwawakids.com, or write to Workshop A27, 24/F, Regent's Park Prince Industrial Building, 706 Prince Edward Road East, Kowloon, Hong Kong. FitFun itself has no email or messaging feature.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use this information to respond to your request. Only our support staff can read these emails, and we delete them within three months after your request is resolved. Please do not include a child's name, age, photos or other personal information; if we receive a child's personal information, we will delete it. You can also ask us at the same address to delete what you sent us.

The App Store

If you download FitFun from the App Store, Apple may give us aggregated statistics, such as the number of downloads, and crash reports from devices whose owners chose to share analytics with app developers. These do not include names or contact details, and Apple handles them under its own privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

If FitFun's privacy practices change, we will update this policy and its last-updated date. The policy is available in FitFun's About screen and on our website.
